How an AI project works with us
Tell us
Send a request in about two minutes. No passwords, no commitment.
We pick one process
We find the repetitive process that costs your team most and decide what the agent may do alone and what needs approval.
We scope
A short call, then a written scope with the goal, the tools, the approvals and how success is measured, before work starts.
We pilot, then scale
We build a pilot on real data, measure it with you, then roll it out and keep it running.
We never ask for passwords or API keys in the request form. Access is shared later through a secure channel.

AI agents for companies: frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent for a company?
An AI agent is software that can read, decide and act inside your systems: qualify a lead, answer a ticket, prepare an invoice, route an order. It works toward a goal with the tools you allow, and hands off to your people when it is unsure.
Chatbot or AI agent: what is the difference?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent also takes steps: it looks things up in your CRM, drafts or sends a message, updates a record or opens a ticket, within permissions and approvals that you set.
Which departments benefit first?
Usually the ones with repeated, rule-bound work: sales follow-up, customer support, operations and dispatch, finance back-office, HR onboarding and document-heavy teams. We start with the single process that costs you most.
How do agents connect to our tools?
Through the APIs and integrations your tools already offer, automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, and MCP servers. We use least-privilege access and a dedicated service account for each agent.
Will an agent act without approval?
Only where you decide. Low-risk steps can run alone, while anything that spends money, sends to customers or changes records can wait for a person to approve. Every action is logged.
How do you keep company data safe?
We use least-privilege access, no secrets inside prompts, audit logs and, when data must stay on your own server, self-hosted models. We never ask for passwords or API keys in the request form.
How do you measure that an agent works?
We agree a success measure before the pilot, for example hours saved, response time or error rate, test the agent on real examples, and review the logs with you. If it does not pay back, we say so.
How much does an AI agent project cost?
It depends on the process, the systems involved and the approvals needed. After your request and a short call we send a written scope with pilot and running costs, so you know what you get before work starts.
How long does a pilot take?
A focused pilot on one process is usually a matter of weeks, not months, depending on access to your systems and data. We agree the timeline in writing and launch in steps.
Can the agents run on our own servers?
Yes. We can run agents and models on your VPS or servers (Docker, local models with Ollama or vLLM) when privacy or policy requires it, and manage the server afterwards.
Do you work with companies outside Chicago?
Yes. We are based in Mount Prospect, Illinois and work remotely with companies across the United States. On-site visits are possible in the Chicago area.
Czy obsługujecie klientów po polsku?
Tak. Media Express od 1995 roku obsługuje także społeczność polonijną w Chicago i w całych Stanach. Napisz lub zadzwoń, a odpowiemy po polsku.
